I applied for a Freelance Graphic Designer job working for Terrance Smith and was hired. I had started working for Terrance and signed a contract working for him full-time. I sent my w9 and direct deposit information for payment. When it came time for payday he made up reason on why it was taking so long to deposit my money. He now has my ss# and bank account information. He owes me over $800!

Terrance and I are working on a resolution and he is willing to pay me for the work I've done. Things happen and it's noble and professional that he is willing to work this out.
