They give a intoduction price to do a background search that will automaticaly renew after trial period. I searched did background search on people I know for a fact have criminal records and nothing came up. As you are looking through the results (of nothing) a pop comes up telling you an additional record was found (it wont say what type of recored) and for you to view you have to pay more. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
