States Made LLC states-made.com States-Made Phenomenal Women States Made Hannah Coplen Failure to issue refund Los Angeles California

I originally ordered a shirt through this company's website. On the website, it was those that did NOT show as "out of stock". It was a "Phenomenal Woman" t-shirt. The order was guaranteed to be shipped in a certain amount of time from www.states-made.com.

After about 5 days I emailed the company to ask for the status of the order, a few days later they respond and claim they are out of stock and it will be restocked in 2 weeks. Found out later that only a handul full of people work there and that Hannah Coplen is the CEO.

I then asked for a refund and stated clearly that I did not want the item anymore and my email was ignored. When I emailed again, they replied and claimed that it was mailed. I never received it and I made it clear back when they said it was out of stock that I did not want them item anymore because of horrible customer service, conflicting stories from them, and order was not fulfilled in the guaranteed time.

I made it clear that I did not get it and that the package was refused and I have no idea what happened to it. I filed a chargeback and they are challenging it. I simply want my money back and will NEVER support anything they are apart of. It is a shame that a woman owned business would rather scam people than do the right thing in the name of good customer service since she made the error in the beginning in writing and refused to even acknowledge the error.

They also distribute for the "All In Challenge" and for Sara Gideon. So buyer beware Hannah will screw you were possible and refuse to refund and do the right thing. You can email Hannah @ the company website domain.
