statewide ADR Leo Fracko ADR is contacting me and my family and friends telling them that there is a lawsuit against me and they are going to come and pick me up and come to my job and place of residence. i personally have not talked to them and have avoided and blocked thier call. i am worried what should i do? i do not know Nationwide

I have recieved a call from statewide ADR..it was on my voice mail,,they gave me a case number and said to contact them at there office. They also contacted my family and close friend who contacted me to tell me they had told them it was important for me to get in touch with them..ADR also gave my family and friend the case number and told them something about me being sued ...it is monday may 6th and i just avoided a call from ADR.  What should i do? I know when I lost my job over a year ago I had a payday loan I defaulted on ,im not sure if that is what this is all about...can I be prosecuted for this and if so should I talk to Statewide ADR?
