Staytrendy.com bought a $25 mystery box with a gauranteed value of $149. Stuff was broken and missing, looked like dolar storeitems No idea Internet

i bought a Mystery box from Staytrendt for $25 plus $2 shipping. Gauranteed $149 of value. What a joke. When I opened it it has a broken shower clock radio, and Iphone cord that wont work with an iphone, COmpression socks for old people, A wire for security camera ( no camera though). You get the point.

I emailed cusotmer service ( their promise is 100% satisfaction gauranted) to let them know I was displeased with the $27 worth of junk.  They first offered a $10 refund and I asked for just another box. I figured, I already sepnt the money maybe I just got a real bad one. 

After literally close to 30 emails I could never get tracking. The rep kept giving me tracking for someone elses order, she/they never read a single word in the email and clearly copy and past their responses. I was told in 3 different emails my replacement order was shipped. The in 3 more emails I was told it hadn't shipped adn will be shipping in 7-10 days. Then I was given tracking info for the first ibox i got then 2 tracking numbers to someone elses address. 

AS of 12/17 they agree to refund my money but may take 7-10 days....are you kidding me? We will see. Until I see it I won't believe it.
