steebar corp LLC order 34 pcs of pen material ,Wood blanks, from Steebar and the price was 31.05 but was charged 36.05 Penpack, New Jersey

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Purchased wood blanks from steebar Corp on May 5th 2012 and used a mastercard credit card to purchase these blanks, the charges with shipping was to be $31.05 but i was charged $36.55 thats when i found out this company is a scam,did not recieve any blanks or anything from them.
also you cannot get a hold of them call or e-mail not such luck.
I had to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued whick is a pain in the butt.

What your name or order number. Its a lot easier to communicate that way. Read the sales policy. Wood blanks are heavy and we will charge extra for shipping on such items. Thats the confusion. We can't help you if you don't. come forward. So where's the beef? John S.
