I did not order this product. Someone in my houshold did with my credit card. I called to get a refund and they told me that I was responsable, and that the order was never cancelled. I didn't even know what was going on.

I told them I am going to send the product back and supervisor Laura K. said they won't accept it. So I am stuck with a product I didn't order and $100.00 out of my account I didn't authorize.

This is the worst customer service I have ever come across. They talk so fast you cant get a word in and they don't listen.

I really hope that what comes around goes around!!!

A minor used my cc

AUTHOR: Rebecca - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 16, 2007

I have a 16 yr old minor that used my cc and that situation has already been taked care of.

I still think the company is impossable to deal with.

I went to the sign up page and it says nothing about being signed up for their program, or that you must cancel within 14 days.

All it said was that for $6.95 S& H you receive their promotion product. And thats it.

Wait a Second Thomas

AUTHOR: Holly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 15, 2007

Aren't you the same Thomas who responded to the $29,000 Bank of America report? In that report you claim that Thomas in Washington is not responsible for the money withdrawn from his savings account even though it was his family members who had access to his house and paperwork. Yet this report you say the original poster is responsible for charges on her credit card because it was her family members who had access to it that made the charges. Isn't this the same situation?

Well, it IS your CC so YOU should control it........

AUTHOR: Thomas - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 15, 2007

If the "someone" is IN your household, then this is not an arms length misuse of your CC by an outsider. You *should* know who that someone IS- you do, don't you?

"Steelbridge Medical" suggests the *possibility* that you are discussing a "personal hygene" item, and almost 100% of the time "personal hygene" items are NOT RETURNABLE. Period.

I think you're angry with the wrong person...

AUTHOR: Elaine - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 15, 2007

Rebecca, why aren't you going after or even prosecuting the person in your household who used your credit card without permission?

Steelbridge just did what they assumed the credit card holder wanted, and now they want to change their mind. Do they even have a refund/ cancellation policy?

You need to go after the person who used your credit card for the $100 charge, and prosecute them for fraud. If you let that person get away with it, you're encouraging further legal problems and theft.
