Stephen Young Communications Publishing Ripoff book and refusal to refund New York New York

In August 2003, I received an offer for a book titled "America's Secret Cash Giveaways". I sent a Money Order on August 24,2003 for $23.90. I actually did receive the book shortly thereafter, but found it to be completely useless.

On April 9,2004 I contacted the company by letter to request a refund citing their written 100% guarantee. To this date,June 6,2004 I have received no response.On impulse I typed the name into an Internet search engine and found this site and decided to add my name to the long list of complaints.

Hopefully, someday something can be done about the frauds being acted out every day in our country.
