I sent a Western Union Money order for $23.90 for a book offer presented by Stephen Young at Communications publishing. I have received no book, or response from Mr. Stephen Young to date. I ask that someone from your office send me an e-mail where I will disclosed the certified-mail number for the letter of the payment I mailed, the money order number, and the specific dates of sending, and possibly when the money order was received by Mr. Young.
