Steve Luwisch sends out volumes of emails to people promising to get the funds or credit cards with a CPN number that he claims to generate and then he promises to get you a corporation and funding. He demands funds upfront and once he gets your funds he disappears. He will not call you or answer your calls to him or text. Messages. He is only concerned about the fee you pay upfront.

he says he will accept credit cards and PayPal but hits tactic is to disappear or tell you things are going fine and drag it out over 60 days so that you are not eligible to collect your refund.

he is a fraud!!!
