Steven Chasity & Associates charged me $1,129.50 to settle my claim for damages. They guaranteed a settlement or return of my fees if the claim had not been settled within 15 court days. It has been over 60 court days. The case as far as I know was not settled or it settled and I was not notified. I have tried to reach Walter Jennings or Marcie Battles many times and failed each and every time. They will not return my e-mails or calls. This is a rip off lawyer firm that cheats small business men and women. I am hiring a new lawyer to sue for actual and punitive damages. I am also filing with the BBB.

 Don’t trust these people!

Steven Chasity & Associates 23823 Malibu Rd Suite #50-410 Malibu, CA 90265 Ph: 844-811-2360 Fx: 844-858-3247 these people claim to be able to get your money owed to you. For a short time them sent me updates if I contacted them every time telling me they had talked to the other debtor and she would be sending payment. Then all of a sudden nothing was heard from them. Don't answer my phone calls or e-mail. No contact back what so ever been over year and still nothing from them after many promised in the beginning of freezing their bank account, having her served with court papers and setting up a hearing in front of justice of peace. Nothing was ever done except it cost me more money. Don't do business with these people. )Steven and Marcie) did not collect money as promised California
