Remeber Steve Glenn is supposed to be a non profit director. This means he has duties and responsibilities to follow the law, rules and then the majority. Steve Glenn has a different perspective on the majority and seems to want to redefine its power over law, rules and order and be a part of his new order.  

Steve Glenn declaring in his rebuttal so sue me is apropo of the attentude of a control freak. You see he and his cohorts at NAPPS has just passed an indemnification upon themselves. That indemnity says all members will pay if Steve Glenn is sued for violating the oaths of office. So he has both sides of the coins squeezed all for his own gain. Yet there is still the prospect of criminal charges for his actions and we will see what the IRS and the USDOJ does there.

Here is another snippet of the lies of Mr Glenn. This event is about lying to the membership. Many dont pay attention and the the cheerleader yoman work of Glenn may sound hunky dorey. Sure he is a highfaluten secret US Navy security clearence frankly keeping secrets make him a good fit at NAPPS. It may even get some people to drink from his silver spoon.

But underlining his secrets is one big lie. Specifically in this one case (and I  have many) Mr Glenn is compromising his intergrity by participating on the fraud of the membership. He is telling them that he works for them. He tells them the New YorkAssociation his cohorts just passed a process server assault bill waiting on the governors signature. So drumming up the troops come join us like a childs game of non profit growth model. Really doing no due diligence in the fiduciary duties of the non profit. Why be on the board then if you refuse to work at it? Simple answer easily found. His personal business grows by the secrets of NAPPS!

First of all, the reason Mr. Scott is after me and my fellow oard Members of NAPPS is because we kicked him out of our Association. In that meeting Mr. Scott threated each of us would regret a decision to finalize his membership termination, even though he admitted to violating our By-Laws. He even went as far as to state, if we allowed him to remain a member he would continue to violate the same By-Laws.

Since his termination he file Federal lawsuit for racketerring against me and the NAPPS Board, using the same general allegations as outlined in his Ripoff Report. The judge requested Mr. Scott be specific and detail claims against each individual for the case to move forward. Mr. Scott failed to respond to the judge and the case was dismissed. Mr. Scott was just making good on his promise to make our lives hell.

Since that time, Mr. Scott has continue the use of his first amendment right to free speech by spewing lies and general allegations of illegal activities about me and others across the internet. The latest being this ripoff report, now expanding his reach to me, my family and my businesses.

This is my first and last rebuttal to Mr. Scott. Get over it or sue me again and fulfill the judges request to detail illegal activities against me. I am certain you can not detail any illegal activities against me because there are NONE, else the court case would be ongoing. I doubt you can grow up, take responsibility for your actions and move on.

This report pertains to the actions of Mr Glenn in his capacity as a non profit director of an organization of private process servers. That organization is called National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) Mr Glenn has an interest in protecting his business, growing his business, and maintaining his business.

Mr Glenn is using the intangible assets of the NAPPS non profit in order to grow his own recognition, that in turn grows his business. He has and does decide that the actual fraud of the administrative offices of the NAPPS is something his character states is unworthy to address.

Mr Glenn's goal to wrest leadership is to allow the fraud of the organization to be overcome with actions of his decisions by quieting debate and those who bring it. Mr Glenn believes in one degree of change and that degree he morphs into the person in charge of covering the past and thereby continues the tradition of corruption at NAPPS.

Mr Glenn is a part of a faction relating to John Perez and Serve-Now that desire to wrest control of the NAPPS from Mr Crowe, Mr Blum, Mr Tamaroff, and Mr Yellon all old tymers at NAPPS. Mr Glenn had publically stated his goal is not change or investigate the corruption and fraud but instead change that makes him shine and his alliances in charge of change. mr Glenn appears to be embarking on covering fraud, deceit, and corruption past and morphing under his control.

Hence he will reap the improper benefit of the non profit association that he will call change. Please search for the report on Mr John Perez also of NAPPS in another report. This was filed on July 4, 2014, independence day, symbolic of the substance of what our country was founded on. Mr Glenn's fuel is self growth and power. His actions require him to go along and get along and roll over anyone who disagree with his position. I recommened with this report that the opposite occurs and his business that has gained from the improper actions and use of a representative position in a non profit causes gain no more.

As a professional process server it is time we stand firm and stop these self dealing leaders from destroying a trade association.
