STEVEN FLORES / S&S Painting SCAM, THEFT, CON-ARTIST House painting scam, theft, steals money, doesn't do work Bradenton Florida

Hired Steven Flores, S&S Painting for painting our garage floor and three of our interior rooms. He requires half of the deposit for securing the job. We gave him $900 towards an $1800 job on Sept. 9, 2014. He has cancelled and rescheduled on multiple occassions (6 to be exact) and now he will not answer his phone. He has taken off with our money and has not done any of the work we hired him for. When I contacted his business partner, Scott, he made up more excuses for Steven and sided with him, despite the bad business practices. They are both con-artists and a scam! Avoid this "company" at all costs.
