Steven N Cole Attorney Steven N Cole Dishonest Greedy Incompetent & DOES NOT ACT IN BEST INTERESTS OF CLIENT Phoenix Arizona

Don't be fooled like I was regarding all the claims of lawyer Steven N Cole. His main goal is getting his retainer fee and having you sign a bunch of  papers. After that, your case is of no real concern to him. Due to some very unusual circumstances, which were later addressed by the FBI and resulted in an investigation and subsequent terrorist warrant for a man who's work permit into the U.S. had been revoked due to 3 arrests of violating restraining orders I had against him, I was beaten and forced to leave the country for a period of time. When I got the opportunity I managed to escape from the individual and a country where I didn't understand or speak the language.

 In the meantime, Mr Cole actually worked WITH OPPOSING "ATTORNEY" who has since finally been disbarred by the Arizona State Bar Association after receiving many prior censures and other forms of discipline that were completely ineffective in curbing her dishonest deceiptful ways.  Because I was absent and unaware of a court hearing on my case a warrant was issued for me. Coincidentally neither Mr Cole or the opposing attorney were in attendance for this hearing yet I was billed for both since attorney's fees were also awarded in the case. Nice, huh? 

In short, Steven Cole is in it for himself. Period. I met with him ONE TIME ONLY & not only did he fail to act in my best interests, he actively worked AGAINST my best interests in collusion woth the opposition. He kept the entire $2500 retainer fee and then some.  I have found that Arizona is a state against mothers in cases of disputed custody. The statistics I've found say that whenever custody is disputed in family court, a whopping 80% of the time, custody is awarded to the fathers. Years later, after bankrupting my family I got my kids back.......severely damaged abused and starved. Years and years of therapy cannot erase the effects of the abuse they endured. My son STILL has nightmares about his dad. The court system is simply all about bleeding those involved of all the money they have (and don't have, in some cases). Sad. Pathetic. I am a 4th generation native to the state, and I can tell you I HATE THIS STATE & will leave permanently as soon as it is financially feasible.
