Hello,
We have noticed this report is outstanding and wish to reply to ensure people that Stomp Racing is not a scam and is indeed a reputable and safe company to deal with.
We had an issue with our American courier regarding this particular order. The customers bike was returned to us and once we were aware of this we refunded the customer immediately.
At every step of the investigation we replied to this customer and kept them informed of the situation. We have evidence that all emails were answered within 24 hours. We pride ourselves on a 72 hour response time to all customer service enquiries.
This customer has his money back and we would be happy to sell him another bike should he so wish.
