Stone Casters Studio, Terra Firma Precast. This company doesn't deliver product after requiring prepayment. We ordered product March 2008 prepaying 100% by check. It is July 23, 2008 and we have received nothing but three emails. Las Vegas Nevada

We ordered Stonecaster Studio molds March 2008, prepaying 100% (required a check). It is July 23, 2008 and we have received nothing but three emails. We have attempted to call and have gotten nothing but an answering machine. They have returned calls twice promising product shipment in 1 or 2 weeks with excuses for late shipment. Their response by email were more lengthly excuses and empty promises. We have received no product at the time of this writing.

This person is really Kevin and is a former customer who was refused service with our company after he cussed out our staff for no apparent reason but just to be a jerk. We returned his payment in full and told him never to return.
We refuse to do business with customers who treat our staff with disrespect and will continue to keep the same standards for customers who act like Kevin Kerkela in the future.
We are a real company with real customers and real staff. Don't be fooled by this hustler who has a grudge against us not selling to him anymore.
