Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company Stalling; won't pay gap claim Atlanta , Georgia

Filed a Claim back in Feb of 2009. Chrysler told me that they would take care of getting the claim finalized with Stonebridge. 7 months later I recieve a bill. Called Stonebridge and they said they didn't get the Fax's from Chrysler on the Vehicle Information. Chrysler responded on the phone they faxed Stonebridge multiple times. Stonebridge say's they don't have the info. Here it is Sept. 2009 and the Vehicle is still not paid off by Stonebridge. Called Chrysler and had them re-fax the information. Stonebridge said they haven't got the info still.  I'm ready to file a lawsuit!!!!!!!
