JC Penny is now slumming to ripping off it's customers with insurance that was marketed in their billing but not wanted.Their insurance agent Stonebridge Life is deceptive and participating in insurance fraud by charging customers without any SIGNED DOCUMENTS and misrepresenting what they are selling.
