Anyone that signs up with this network needs to be aware that the FBI are investigating the owner of this network, Matthew O Neil (pofecker) from Blackhatworld.com Matthew has managed to silently embezle about 100k of affiiate payments, laying blame on some imaginary partner. No one knows who this partner is and has ever even spoken to this guy. If you are planning to run any volume with this network be very careful the guy is as corropt as they come, hes a mod on a blackhat forum which pretty much shows you the kinds of fraudulent activities he conducts with other members on the forum.
