I don't understand what truck you bought or what was wrong with it.
But, I do know how to tell if you're breathing exhaust fumes. All you need to do is get a carbon monoxide detector. Get two, they're cheap. One for the sleeper. One for the driving area.
If they go off, you have a problem.

After the problems I had with this truck, An it now appers I have been diagnosed with COPD,
My doctor told my wife an I , That I wasnt sick until I bought that truck,
I had a DOT Phyical 10 days before I bought that truck, My lungs were clear an no signs of problems, Blood Presure normal.
If any driver out there, driving a freightliner, with a detroit Eyes burning,Head ackes, tired all the time. Spitting up flemm, If driving habbits have changed.
Have yourself checked out, This truck let fumes inside, for over a year, It couldnt be
fixed, I had to buy another truck just to keep my business. So far I dont visit the garages, or Hospitals. The COPD will never go away. If you look into the NHtsa, Look up 2003/2004 freightliner columbia, It seems Walmart had some problems, an other companys, Also freightliner lost a lawsuit, driver with Swift died in a freightliner,
For over a year I talked to alot of drivers,
I have NAMES & Phone no#s, We now are seeking legal actions, When the problem with fumes started, I was told that no one else was having problems, I feel I was lied to. Because of the problems with this FREIGHTLINER, I almost
lost, my marriage, my home, my credit,
Everything I ever worked
for, I thought this only happens to the other person.

Iam just adding to my complaint, For over a year I have asked alot of questions,
An for some reason, All the neg reports that I have gotten
from other customers (DRIVERS) all over the country.
How come nothing put neg in the (BBB) in the last three
years.
My family an I are hoping that a lot of noise will
happen from our efforts.
We do know that Stoops is big, in Indiana,an ohio.
If anyone knows someone who has or feels they been
wronged or themselfs, speak up.
We are going public, We have our proof.
Just last week in New Mexico, I was at a truck stop, an
was telling my story to a few drivers, when one driver said
do you mean the company who had problems with VIN NO#s.
A few years ago.
I got news for stoops, what they did to my family an myself
an maybe to others,
WE WONT BACK OFF...........
Thanks
