Mr. Stopa is supposed to be an expert in foreclosure defense.
He (David Winetraub) required a year's advance payment, which was over $ 3,000.
He filed one motion, which is coming up to be heard in June.
I have tried emails, phone messages, and even going to his Tampa office to beg for someone who can answer my questions about refinancing this home, so I can stay in it.
No one has called back yet. I am also preparing a Bar complaint.
