Approximately May 2009, I had damage to my roof from a storm. I contracted Storm Damage Specialists to repair my roof. I gave them approximately 2,300 dollars to begin work.
To this date, March 2011, they have done nothing. I asked for my money back and Jim Kennedy said he didn't have the money and would have to make payments.
I haven't heard from Jim, no phone calls telling me money was coming or a time frame to expect payments to start. My roof still leaks and I am very frustrated.

We,Jesus & Consuelo Figueroa have come to terms and come to an
agreement with Storm Damage Specialists Of America, and James Dean
Kennedy.We have resolved this matter, and we have no negative feelings
towards S.D.S or Jim James D Kennedy.The work has been done to our
satisfaction.

I accidently made a report trying to make a comment on your post. I try to fix that and hoping they do make that change for me. This is what my comment to you was.
I also have had problems with Mr Jim Kennedy. Mr Kennedy is in Indiana now making business making money because I gave him 11,ooo.oo dollars never finished the roof job and never did the interior. He breached the contract obligation and now wants to take me to court for defamation because he said I am a liar about him ripping me off. I am on (((REDACTED))) site and there is another victim name kiwimay and you can read me and Jim Kennedy arguing in there. I mean by 2010 in spring time he claims he did some work for a church charging them $30,000.00 dollars and did the job for them. So Jim is not broke he is just ripping people off. I and my husband call him The ginger bread Man
