The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Brad Kissler during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Strada Capital Corporation.

Strada Capital has been in operation since 1999 providing small businesses and entrepreneurs with the essential capital needed to advance their business. Their services include providing working capital, equipment financing or leasing, and generating capital out of their accounts receivable. CEO, Brad Kissler, stated the following about his company, "in essence we are a business bank. We loan money to businesses and help them grow through a host of financial solutions."

Leads for Strada Capital are primarily obtained through vendor relationships, as well as through attendance at conferences, trade shows, and calls made by their outbound call service. Once a client has expressed interest in their services they must submit a credit application to Strada Capital. From that point there is a period of due diligence where the client's credit and financial situation is accessed. This is also the period of time where they are in heavy communication to ensure expectation of services are being met. Mr. Kissler went on to state, "at that point we will propose to the client what we believe is a solution that's going to fit for them." After the client has agreed upon the most effected path to move forward a deeper level of credit investigation and due diligence takes place to ensure accuracy for both parties.



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – STRADA CAPITAL CORPORATION

During the onsite interview Mr. Kissler was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Kissler expressed that sometimes a client will experience a disconnect between their expectations and the final provided service. Mr. Kissler expressed that this is oftentimes routed in the fact that the company does not have a firm understanding of their current credit. He stated, "from time to time a customer...will be disappointed with the results that we provide them." However, Strada Capital attempts to be as straight forward and realistic during the due diligence process, "we work very closely with our customers and consider their business success to be our business success." Additionally Mr. Kissler expressed a refreshing perspective that every complaint is an opportunity to show customers how much the company truly values them.

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Kissler expressed that he believes the complaints to be false. The complaint posted was directly in relation to Strada Capital's customer service. However Mr. Kissler expressed, "that's absolutely not our process. We certainly communicate, we are going to do everything we can to try to resolve any issues." Strada Capital researched to see how they could amend this complaint but could not locate the client in order to resolve the issue. However, the author of the complaint never responded and had led Strada Capital to believes this was done by a disgruntled employee.

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Kissler expressed that Strada Capital is interested in participating in more programs similar to Ripoff Report in order to further assure future and current clients.

My name is Rick Sellman and I recently became aware of a complaint posted on this website in which an unidentifed person accuses me of having been convicted of fraud, among other things, #914548 filed on 07/19/2012. First off, I have never been convicted of fraud, that is simply not true

Both my employer and I have diligently searched our records in an attempt to identify the author of this post in an effort to alleviate their concerns. However, neither my employer nor I have ever done business with a "Charles in Tarzana, CA". So it appears that the author of this post has decided to remain anonymous, which severely hampers anyone's ability to address the merits of the accusations and the underlying problem with the financial transaction in question.

I work in commercial finance, which means that I only work with businesses.  Neither my employer nor I engage in any consumer finance or lending. I deal with business owners and their lawyers and accountants on a daily basis, so if I truly did business the way the author of the post says I do, my career in finance would have been quite short. Over my career dating back to 1994, I have been involved in thousands of commercial finance transactions and this is the first time anyone has seen fit to post an anonymous, vicious attack against me.  On the rare occasions where a customer has become upset with a transaction, I have always worked diligently to make them a satisfied customer.

While people are certainly entitled to excercise their rights to free speech on the internet, and remain anonymous if they choose, I can't take the accusation too seriously if the author hides behind anonymity in order to avoid an honest conversation about why he is angry with me. Needless to say, this author has never attempted to contact me or my employer to seek redress for the concerns noted in the post. It simply makes it impossible to address the author's concerns and complaints directly.

There is nothing more important to me than to operate and conduct myself with the highest degree of intergrity, honesty and professionalism. I make it a habit to cover every single detail of every transaction with my customer to ensure that they understand all terms and conditions of the contracts, and I suggest that they seek the advice of a professional, like a lawyer or accountant. In addition I make it a habit to go above and beyond to make sure I answer all of my customer's questions directly and honestly each and every time so that they can weigh out the facts and make the best business decision. This posting is very disturbing, hurtful and incredibly embarrassing to me and does not truly describe my character either as a person or as a professional in the industry.

In the end it is my hope to put aside this personal attack and perhaps have an opportunity to attempt to find a solution to this customer's claim. So if Charles happens to read this responce then I respectfully encourage him to contact me direct in an effort to do just that.
