Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. One more glaing example of outsourcing, and how the corporations don't care as long as they are making more profits.

It took me 1 year and 7 phone calls to get a simple little problem resolved. It took so long because I needed a month or two to calm down from the previous phone call.
