Stratford career institute Contract did not state that the full amount had to be paid. It stated that your monthly payment , payed for just that. There was never an agreement or a process on a loan! Saint Albans Vermont/ Canada

 In 2012, i decided to further my education and choose stratford career institute. I requested information and like what I read because you didn't need to get a loan. The way it went was, you make your low payment and they send you a packet and you take the test online.. There was no contract stating a loan was issued for the diploma. It stated you make your payment, you receive your packet, nothing more. I made 2 payments before i realized it was a mistake. They right away sent me a bill of $684. Keep in mind, i didn't receive any books, or anymore packets. I believe this is their way of scamming people and ruining credit scores.
