1st off the site comes in multiple languages, and it’s not easy to convert the page from German to English. They don’t explain the conversion rates of their site with the tokens, vs. rate per/min for in private mode with the models. If you’re new you’ll really be taken advantage of. You can drop tokens, but the models don’t come out from hiding from their screen mode, even though it says pls deposit 20-30 tokens.

I called customer service about it and they refused to, refund my money back, despite not receiving services! Then, I ask for all my money to be refunded, they refused. I then decided I would try to just try to spend the remaining approx. 38.00 on a model on the account and just be done with the account and move on. Big Mistake!!

What happened was once I finally got one of the models to let me into private chat, what I was led to believe was that, instead of my remaining balance depleting, it was actually billing my credit card newly for mins on a different rate !!!! By the time I realized what was happening it had billed for 200.00 $ I never authorized that kind of money from my credit card. These Guys are Scammers!!!! Are they run by the Mafia ?? Stay away from them !!!
