Stripe Transfer time San Francisco California

I used Stripe on Thursday Morning 8/22/2013.  I had just signed up with them as a backup to Square which was down that morning.  I had checked to see when my transfer was to occur and it stated 8/29, it did not happen then and I checked again and now it says 8/31 and it says because it is scheduled on a weekend and it will deposit on Monday which was a holiday  It did not deposit until Tuesday 9/3. They do state your transfer will occur in 7 days.  This was 12 days  I had contacted support and they state the hold was because I was NEW.  This is not acceptable for my small business.  I will not be using Stripe again, I have a Square device and now I have a Paypal device to accept credit cards. Over 10 days is not acceptable for my business needs.  Square transfer is 1-2 days and Paypal is immediate.  I watched a special on 60 minutes about Square and it was created by the same guy the invented Twitter.  They told about the transfer time being so great.  They said any company that is taking a week or more is floating your money the gain interest.  This is YOUR money that your customer was charged immediately.  I was NEW with Square and Paypal and they have not held my money because I was new.  This just shows how small the company is compared to other companies.
