Strong Current Entrerprise Ordered 3 HDTV antennas. Did not work as advertised.

Purchased three TVFox HDTV antennas and an amplifier.
Was advertised that this unit would pick up hundreds of free HD TV channels.
It picked up only seven foreign language channels.
When I called the customer service line multiople times to arrange a refund,each time I recieved a recording to leave my information and a representative would get back to me. NEVER HAPPENED.
But if you call and choose the option to order another antenna , someone answers immediately. If you ask to be transfered to the reyturns department you are forwarded to the same recorded message.
