Strroman Realty Inc realty company a total fraud Conroe texas

having a timeshare for long time i decided to sell it... a choose this company stroman from texas... which the only correct information that they have is my credit card number... of course they charged $599.00 telling me that as soon i fill some papers .. my property will be in the market. i never received those paper.... but after one month i saw my credit card statement and of course with this amount .. so i decided to call them.... with no luck
they been ssuposed advertising my property for two months...... now that i find out that all the information is incorrect and they dont even have my correct address ... they dont want to give my money back...... saying... welll lets correct it now and thats it..... how unfair for the customer is it? how a company can betray us this way??? the only thing that they said is we cant give you the money back...... if the information is in correct we will correct it. so how they advertised a properety that doesnt even exist???? how they have that information without me knowing? how my money is been lost for two months and they dont even hesitate to verify the information?. i been trying to call them many times.. but the last one was the one who make me file a report...... the person... wanted just wanted get the correct information probably to avoid any other problem in the future.... but never try to resolve the problem to my favor .. saying that if i knew that the information wasnt correct i could call them to fix it..... but way!!!!..... if the company doesnt have the verification of the property why sell something that is not real...????? that is not a fraud?... no just they ripoff my money ... they advertising a unrealistic property?????.... how companies like that can take advantage of all the.customers.
