American Justice Coalition is looking into allegations of preditory lending practices of a company called Park Avenue Funding. It would Seem that Structured Capitol and Park Avenue Funding share the same address. Any connection that is known?

Structured Funding Group is not a bank or a private equity firm, of course they don't lend their own money! They don't fund projects, they ASSIST companies in securing financing by issuing debt on the capital markets through specially structured investment vehicles.

This complaint sounds like a rant by someone who had no idea what they were getting into and were expecting SFG to write them out a check.

I have worked with Structured Funding Group on various projects over the past three years and have the highest regard for their professionalism and honesty in all their dealings. I have recommended this company to various large financial institutions and have had nothing but positive feedback from them. As an attorney I would not place myself in a position where I would deal with a company that in any way conducted themselves in the manner the above allegation claims.

Structured Funding Group has been in existence for over 25 years to my knowledge, and there have been no issues with the IRS and all employees have proper documentation and payroll.

If you have no actual proof/evidence that we have done anything wrong or illegal, then your "ripoffreport" is completely invalid. It is obvious that you did not even check your sources for claims such as "You can check that with the IRS (if they exist at all) or the BBB", if within 30 seconds a perfect report is found for us at the BBB.
