I mailed Stuart James (a realtor with Coldwell Banker midtown office Columbia South Carolina) a certified check for 4800.00 dollars to secure a place for me to live in Columbia South Carolina and she cashed the check and kept the money. My family and I called her and left messages for weeks and got no response. I have now had to resort to legal action to resolve this matter and "recoup” my money. I have learned that she has been fired from several other real estate firms in the city of Columbia and I amazed she is still allowed to practice real estate.Beware of this person she will steal your money !!!!!!!!
