As a professional community and divorce mediator with over 15 years experience, I am honored to support people through some of the most painful and vulnerable times in thier lives.  While I can keep a conversation safe and productive, and guide people in negotiating and achieving their mutual goals, I ultimately cannot control what each person wants or says to the other, or the outcome if either person is not willing to negotiate. 

I also cannot control people's sense of fear, heartbreak, betrayal and anger with being dragged into a divorce process by the other person.  When this anger is occassionally directed towards me, as the mediator, I can absob it with compassion.

I work with hundreds of people per year, and consistely have above a 95% satisfaction rate with my skills (even when they are upset at each other), and I invite feedback at any time.  While I have never received a written complaint from a client, I am mostly saddened that I have no idea who this person is, and that they did not choose to speak with me directly about their experience, so that I may have helped them get the support they needed.
