Have a Parent Plus Student loan that my child was supposed to paid. He refused to pay and the loan is in my lap. Paid this company $450 after they said I was quailified for foregiveness. Payment was made in July 2014. Filled out all the necessary paperwork and still haven't received any results.

They have changed numbers without notifing me.
