I ordered two Sewing Baskets so I thought, come to find out they are actuall basket covers. Every time I call I get redirected to a VM. If I try to return online like I am trying to do, it says click email address and write them a email. Well when you click on the Email link it responds stateing "There is no Email on file for this company" !!! So am I just out the money I spent for these two items?? I feel this is ridiculas that a company stoops this low to take advantage of customers.

I recieved a phone call today from a Representive from this company and assurred me that they will help me in any way with my return and even return the shipping fees to me. Because of the respnse I had received I will buy from this site again because they do have other great deals for crafting.

I had recieved a phone call from a Rep. from Stuff4U today and was extremely pleased with her response. She offered to help with my return and even offered the shipping charges to be returned to me. She had explained how they have been having computer issues and they are currently being fixed. Grateful for the return phone call and prompt help given. Will order from this company because they did have some great craft items for my future needs and great prices. ThanK You Jeannine Evans
