Suburban Framers owned by Daniel Justin Kloshen took a job to repair my property.  He required a downpayment of $1750.00 up front.  
He sent numerous text messages and emails explaining in detail the progress he was making. After he was on the project for 2  weeks i went over to the property and it had never been started. When confronted Daniel Kloshen disappeared.  Turned off his phone. wont respond to emails. He has stolen that money.  He presented himself as a hardworking ex-military man that will get the job done.   His entire mission was to get the downpayment money and never do the work. He is the contractor that gives all good contractors a bad name. He is a crooked common day thief.  Run for your life... keep your money in your pocket and find a contractor that is willing to actually work for the money they have been paid!
