This company offers no customer service whatsoever. If you don't receive your ordered product or need to return it, you will not receive any information or help in getting the product or getting your money back. One phone number is always busy, and the other takes messages that no one returns. Email thru the support center is responded to with an automated message, but there is never an actual response to your problem.
Returns must be back to company in 14 days..... it is impossible to get a return authorization number in this time. Even if you get the RMA# and return the product with proof via the USPS you will not get a refund or company credit.
Washington State Attorney General's office has filed a law suit against this company for these fraudulent business practices. Send email to asst. att. general at Brooksc@atg.wa.gov to explain your complaint with this company.
