Sugarsync SugarSync Promised cloud data storage. Never answered the phone. Unknown Internet

As I registered my new laptop Sugarsync popped up (uninvited) offering cloud storage of my data for $74.
I took the bait. Paid with Pay Pal.
Sugarsync took the payment. At first to any they would not reply to any e-mail or phone call to customer service.
Phone just rings and rings.
Then there came an e-mail from Ariana saying sign on to cancel account. But I never got a password so cannot sign on.
PayPal says they cannot do anything so I cancelled PayPal account after years of use.
POINT: Sugarsync is a fraud. Beware Sugarsync in any form or pop-up.
