tried to cancel vacation package before the seven day time period was over. they say no refunds. but it is clearly printed in the terms of service.

it states: this offer supercedes all other representations made in regard to this offer, verbal or written. ther purchaser has full right to cancel his/her order at no penalty within seven days from the initiation of their order. cancellation will revoke all benefits. the package is non refundable 7-days after the order date unless otherwise provided for in writing.
i tried to cancel three days after signing up and they refused refund. i need help please.
