He became the manager when I move to Summit apt for the first day. This manager named Jason. He was a cruelest and trickiest person I've ever met. He and his partner like to trick residents (especially when you're an international student), he seemed always having ways to push us to the corner, and charged the unnecessary things. They kept charged me for the parking that I didn't ask, and I fixed it with his partner, Adam. Adam said it's fix and ok, so I never thought about it anymore. There's one day I bought my friend's car who lived in the same apartment, I brought the car and I parked in the garage. The next day, I've got letter that they charged me for parking again. The manager said he didn't care because he saw me from the camera I came from the garage parking. Wow, it's so mean. He's really want to push me because I have no one in here. I didn't want to pay and we're have pretty big argue in the office. I just ignored him because it wasn't my fault. My friend paid for his park every month and I just used it for once. Later, on my last month rent, I need to go back to my country and I wanted to give the paycheck earlier. Jason didn't want to receive it, he asked me to pay later. I told him I will asked my friend to give it to him. Jason started to trick me badly. When my friend gave the pay check, he charged $1000 more than I usually pay. My friend didn't know and put the number that Jason ask. Certainly, the bank refused the check because I just put the amount that I should pay plus the electricity. So, I asked my friend to give the second check only pay for the rent and electricity. I didn't care if he wanted or not because I strongly believed that there's no charge amount to pay. I always paid on time everything. When I came back to U.S, suddenly a debt collector from summit apt called me and ask me to pay until now. I'm confuse, in fact my second check, he counted as payment for the charge amount. The charge amount is charge for the parking that I've never had plus the interest. So, he asked again for the last rent payment. 6 months ago he asked for $2,600, just now he asked for $2000, he always changed the amount and he really want my money. Today, the debt collector forced me to pay because it's the due date. If not they will keep charge me. I'm weak, I'm just an international student, It's hard to survive in here. Please help me, thanks!
