They double dip on charges both from the guest and the home owner. They do not clean your home, however charge full cleaning fees from guest. they charge the guest "insurance" for damages. However, they charge the home owner to fix the items.
Do yourself a favor. Do NOT LIST WITH THEM AND DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Their home inspectors and cleaners do not have any quality control as this comes from the top. The owner of the company lives in Texas and is not aware of how his company is being run. He has two people managing over 200 properties. He lists your property for less then a room at the quality inn.
Not worth the abuse your house will withstand especially since his company has zero quality control. He rented out my house in February (prime ski season) for $197.00 for 9 people for one night. The electric for that one night cost more.
