I signed up the website via Onetravel.com. My biggest gripe is that they do not inform me that I need to pay extra for baggage. I am very unhappy about it because I paid 50 dollars each bag without being notified for it.  In addition to this, they did a horrid job of providing any kind of accommodation for people with hearing losses. Thus, I feel that they violated DOT's disability rule. 14 CFR 382. Miss Karen Erazo refused to listen to my complaint and concern.

The Onetravel.com website provides a clearly denoted link to all airline baggage fee policies, including Sun Country Airlines. This customer apparently did not notice that link. Sun Country Airlines always operates in strict compliance with all government rules regarding passengers with disabilities, including hearing disabilities.
