Sun harvest Solar Brandon Chesaire Stiffs 1099 Contractors/ Employees Internet

This is a copy of the document Chad Every signed 6/2/12.

"I Chad Every, accept this payment from Brandon Cheshire, owner of SunHarvest Solar & Electrical, LLC in the amount of $400.00.  This is payment allocated for the installation of a 3KW system, installed in Mesa.  It is considered final compensation for an independent contractor's professional services, and Chad Every will make every effort to file correct paperwork and taxes with the appropriate agencies.

I Chad Every, also release Brandon Cheshire, SunHarvest Solar & Electrical, Stealth Solar, and Summerwind Solar of any and all liability associated with, but not limited to, my productive work, or non-productive work performed by me, or those under my supervision during by brief period under contract.  I Chad Every further agree to remove the defamatory comments posted on ripoffreport.com, before the end of the business day August 2nd, 2012.

"Sun Harvest Solar / Owner Brandon Chesaire - Beware do not work for this guy or have your house installed with solar by this hack job.  This guy hired me, I put a 3k solar system on a house in one day.  When it came time to pay me, he stiffed me.  He gets his solar jobs from Stealth solar and Summerwind Solar.  He runs his opperations out of his garage, he is a complete hack that knows nothing about Solar.  Do not work for him, you will do everything for himj and then he will stiff you and not pay you.  I used my own material for his jobs and got nothing in return from this con artist."

This is the statement that I promise to remove, and I will cease posting further negative postings, or reports that reference Brandon Cheshire, SunHarvest Solar & Electrical, Stealth Solar, or Summerwind Solar.  I further recognize that prior to my quitting; Brandon Cheshire and SunHarvest Solar & Electrical paid me $2,000.00, for no more than 10 days of labor, vehicle and material use.  I quit without notice, under the agreement I would finish what I started.  I further agree to indemnify all parties mentioned in this document, and not engage in any type of slanderous activity online or otherwise."

Chad Every was hired as an independent contractor to supervise some minor projects while Brandon Cheshire was attending SunPower University in Richmond, CA.  He was paid in a timely manner, and has since been denied employment with other solar integrating partners because of his dishonest and slanderous personality conflicts.

I've been an employee of SunHarvest ever since Chad left ever since then he's made it a personal goal of his to slander Brandon Cheshire and SunHarvest as often as possible. His work ethic is very poor you wont find him at work with out boose on his breath. On top of that he cuts every corner he can and blames everyone else for his mistakes. I've been employed for SunHarvest for 2 years and never have I ever seen or done any thing  questionable or unethical I install every job like I'm putting it on my own mothers house. Brandon Cheshire is absolutely the best employer I've ever had he underdtands the plite of his employees and does everything in his power to help us successeed even showing up on site to help his crews out. No other employer cares more about their people or customers then Mr. Cheshire.
