Rip-Off Report, thanks for saving us from losing much needed money by warning us about Sun-Rite. We were saved $49.95 just by looking at your website and not becoming suckers. It would be interesting to follow up on their charitable donations as they state in their sales pitch. Is it possible for those who have been lucky enough to find a honest company and to state so on this page? Please note that the phone number for Sun-Rite is a PA. area code. The address is a Tustin CA. location, And the mailing comes out with a TX. zip code. Thanks so much!!!!

Security Measures

AUTHOR: Jennifer - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, May 14, 2002

In the past, several of our employees have received various disturbing or threatening letters, from individuals who are not even our customers.

There are some pretty strange people out there who assume that all businesses that offer work-at-home information are the variety that take the money and run, or maybe they have been "burned" before.

As a result, we have taken measures to ensure that our employees can feel that they are in a safe working environment. We have mail forwarded to our offices from mail boxes in a different location...however, this also means that there is no number listed for our company in the city where that box is, for obvious reasons. We are not there, and we admit it.

Especially in this day, where the mail has been subject to a terrorist threat, we must be more vigilant than ever. We do not want our employees to be at all uncomfortable, much less feel that they may be in danger.

I am sure that those who read this can understand. We do have dedicated employees who do nothing but answer customer questions, once the letters have been processed, to weed out those of a questionable nature. We do not open mail boxes for brief periods, then close them up once we have the money, without sending out the product ordered.

There are those who will always be skeptical, and they are entitled to their opinions, but we ask that those of you who are reading this to determine whether or not to order from our company will consider both sides before making a decision. Thank you.
