Received same letter as others (winner in drawing for $450,000.00 usd, enclosed check for $4,700.00 usd) with contact name of Fred Harris. Letter contained what appeared to be detailed info (ticket number, Tax amount, Tax Agency, etc.).

When I called Mr. Harris, he urged me to deposit the check and call him back to "discuss" collecting my earnings. I knew when I opened the letter it had to be a scam, he convinced me when that's all he would say.

I hope others who receive this letter DO NOT DEPOSIT THIS CHECK! This scam has been going on for over 5 years, in many states/countries. It's about time someone/somewhere shuts it down.
