Sun West Mortgage company is harassing me and I dont have a loan with them. I have suffered through threatening phone calls, they have contacted my family, coworkers, and stole money from my checkings account. When I called the company to inform them again to leave me alone and that I do not have an account with them I was told that they can't remove my information from their system. I have contacted an attorney and I plan to sue them. Beware of this company. They lie and steal!

So just how did they get not only your Account Information but your phone number as well?

As there is one of two things going on here. Either you have a case of Identity Theft and you should be talking to your local police(which your attorney should have also suggested), or you are not telling the full story here.
