Sundance Vacations, Travel Advantage Network Misrepresentation of ACTUAL vacation "plan" wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania

I have a vacation contract with Sundance/Plan With Tan. When I met with the sales consultant, they claimed that these vacation weeks only cost about $400 and it is a wholesale price. I have had this since 2005, and not once have I been able to use them or been able to only pay $400 for a weeks vacation. This past year I tried numerous amount of times to plan a vacation and when there aren't peak or prime weeks there are no other options!!! 

The weeks that I would plan for would be over $1000 with the yearly maintenance fee, reservation fee and any other fees for the prime or peak seasons. And what they don't tell you is that the maintenance fee can go up I think 15% a year?!?! FOR WHAT? They are the ones who pressured me into signing up that night to have access to excess inventory which is bogus because those week get taken up so fast if they are EVEN valid. They made it seem so simple to use this but it is impossible to do so!

This information was ommited from day one of the contract and was a material misrepresentation that VOIDS the contract of adhesion. Therefore, I am entitled to a full refund of any/and all monies paid to Sundance Vacations/Tri-State Financial and the cancellation of this contract.

This company is high pressured sales and takes your money for services you can't use! I was 21 at the time I bought these and making $21k a year. The next 4 years after being pressured into buying these was very hard financially with college loans and living costs!
