Sundish flase advertisment offering $100 rebate check if you sign up for dish network with 18 month coommitment C Ripoff Internet

I signed up with sundish in september 2006 I filled out all the rebate forms and commited to there offer for the rebate of a 18 month commitment.

Upon sending in the rebate form and a copy of your first month bill your reabate would be processed within 10 to 12 weeks.

Well here it is June 2007 and I am still waiting to my $100 rebate check to be mailed out to me. Everytime I call them and talk to rosemarie she tells me my paper work is in order and processd but that they are waiting for the owner to sign and issue the check.

I have also e-mailed them several times before talking with rosemarie and the sales department says that they will look into this matter two give them two weeks to ge it taken care of.

Its been almost a year that I have been waiting for my rebate check. They tried to say in one of there e-mails to me that I got the check sent to me back in October of 2006.

When I got that e-mail I called and spoke to rosemarie right away and told her about this e-mail and that I have not yet received my check. She said that she is the one who issues the checks after they are signed and according to her records my rebate is still waiting to be sent out to me she said she has the checks there just waiting for the owner to sign them.

So here I sit still waiting for my $100 the only reason I joined dishnetwork through them was because of the rebate. Now I am commited to an 18 month contract with them and if I cancel before that time I will be charged all kinds of fees that equal alot more than the $100.

I am entitled to the rebate I fullfilled there agreement and there offer and I am still waiting to get it. I have filled against them with BBB and the state attorney general's office hopefully they will have some action to take against them.
