Sunglassesvaulte I bought two pairs of sunglasses from sunglassesvaulte.com, one pair was ok but the other one was defective. I have tried contacting them to set up some way to resolve the issue but they won't! Stay away from this Ripoff Company! Internet Internet

Hello, received two pair of sunglasses I purchased from Sunglassesvaulte.com you. One pair was alright but the other looks terrible. The sunglasses I'm talking about had a black spot on them that could be seen easily. The other issue on the same pair wasn't put together right.
I asked to speak with a Manage but never received any response
is there a manager that I could talk to? I am reading your return policy and it states you accept returns for damaged items. I have received a damaged item.
