They didnt tell me till we almost done signing papers toward the end they tell oh we installed an vtp and were going to charge you for it, even when i asked to remove it to lower my car payment they said they would just raise our car price and payment wouldnt change. What con men ,would never go their again.

Since the owner of the dealership is named James i am suspecting that this is him on the rebuttal. That VTP pays for his Masserati, don't you know that. He needs the car because he looks like a short fat version of a troll and still can't get laid without paying for it.
I used to work for this guy, trust me when I say, they don't give a s**t about the customer or the employees who work there. The fact that they install this on every car and charge, not only the customer for it, but pack it into every deal steals money from every salesperson. I am going to make a Youtube video explaining their tacticts so people can stay away!

Why did they need to "TELL" you anything? Was it in the contract? If you read that contract BEFORE you sign it, then you sit back and say "I didn't want this, remove it now or I walk out!" How damned hard is it for you to do those things....especially READING THE CONTRACT????????
