I called into Sunrise Student Loans and the lady Cathy Sorenson was very nice at first. I gave my credit card number as she had said there was a fee associated with the consolidation. They took $400 out and gave me a receipt, asked for my pay stubs and to sign a service agreement. This was back in February and it is now Juune. I have not received one email or one call from them. Whenever I call in it'll ring for over an hour or go straight to someone's voicemail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM.
